Just realize they only do this because deep down they are unhappy with themselves. This pose is called: Upavistha Konasana A.k.a. Seated wide legged forward fold. To get in to the pose sit down with wide legs, then use your fingertips to lift yourself from the base of your spine press forward while lifting then hinge forward from your hips.
